A proud conscious capitalist, she reinvests in local teams, partners with nonprofits, and builds relationships that last longer than most roofs. He’s the calm in the storm — literally — and the reason clients keep coming back for more. Micah is the friendly voice (and organizational superhero) that keeps Hive running smooth. He schedules, comes up with our top tier loyalty program perks, and makes sure every client feels like family instead of just another job. With a background in property management and a zero-tolerance attitude for a lazy work ethic, Micah turns “I need this fixed yesterday” into “done and you’re getting a discount.” He’s the reason Deona can focus on building instead of drowning in emails.
